On a much quieter part of the canal this is a really lovely route that will allow you to enjoy getting out in the crisp Winter air. Starting and and finishing from the fisherman’s pub on the canal the race ventures out towards Skipton. The route is by and large flat with the small challenge of the 3 and 5 rise locks. The path is good underfoot and this route will again give great opportunity for a PB. Please be aware that if required (due to Covid 19) a staggered approach to start times will be used and this may mean start times may deviate from those stated by up to 30 minutes.
