This new event is perfect for all runners. Found in South Elmsall Frickley country park is a former colliery, now converted into a lovely space that’s perfect for runners. For this event the five mile loop will combine good paths with some challenging hills the route is quiet and pretty . The bespoke medal will make a lovely addition to your collection. A goody bag and feast of cakes will be rewarded to all runners. Parking is available adjacent to the site
