Our famous quarterly canal series starts the year with the spring canal canter. This perfectly flat course on good trail path makes for the perfect event to get your PB. You will register at the LPSA club (LS5 3AS) and take the short five minute walk to the start line on the canal in Kirkstall. Parking is available at the LPSA club or surrounding streets, toilets can also be found in the club. A full range of homemade cakes will await all runners following their race, along with beer chocolate and a medal. The brief will be sent to all runners one week before the event.
