By using Race Source for event entries, you are agreeing to both Race Source terms and conditions and the Event Organiser terms and conditions.
Race Source acts as a market place for running events, and handles payments and race entries on behalf of Event Organisers. Your purchase is from the Event Organiser, and you agree to their terms of business when you purchase an event entry from Race Source.
No refunds are provided by Race Source – these would be subjects to Organiser Terms and Conditions Only.
Race Source will work with the event organiser to issue you with a full refund if the event is cancelled.
We undertake to keep your data private and will not pass it on to anyone else other than for the purposes of processing race entries and dispatching merchandise.
